I think that finding a parking spot at USM is both difficult and a problem. Although, I know that it is almost impossible to build more spaces on or around campus, it is still a problem. The most i spent on finding a parking spot was about 35 minutes just driving around campus. I have heard other stories of people who took them one to two hours to find a spot, although they may be exagerating.
